Replacement Wearplates or Inserts

We provide replacement wearplates for all models of our ribs. They come with a dowell pin already installed. Just remove your existing wearplate by taking a punch and gently knocking it out from the back side. Clean out the slot real good, then get ready to install the new wearplate. Line it up straight and gently tap it down into the hole. It's ok to use some WD 40 to lubricate it some. Our wearplates fit snug, and will not come off during operation, unlike some of our competitors. We have used this arrangement for 15 years now, with no complaints. Our plates simply do not come off.
