Mid summer 18

Summer is winding down and that cotton is growing, too fast for some of us :)  This was a huge year for Vandy Gin ribs, especially our game changer rib for Continental Gin Stands.  CNC machines have been running non-stop since the first of the year and we are approaching 7000 ribs machined.  This process is long and made some of our delivery dates later than we wanted.  We are completely sold out of Game Changer Ribs now.  We are about to finish up our first run of Vandy Ribs for Lummus gin stands and Cherokee and these will go out mid-next week.  Then another small run to complete this year.  We can not get anymore machined in time for USA this season unless you want some during the season.  We have made some modifications and they will run in USA this year as well as some with our carbide that is already field tested and it just rocks.  

The USA steel supply situation is getting difficult with tariffs and increase in demand.  It's getting harder and harder to get reasonable delivery dates. They extend way out.  This could affect the Vandergriff Rib as far as availablity when we want to have them for our production schedules.  It also could affect pricing, but we are waiting to see how it settles out.
